🍨 Ice Cream Candles

Ever wanted your house to smell like a delectable Leona’s ice cream sandwich? PGH Candle is partnering with the sweet biz to create dessert fragrances, like cinnamon and vanilla, coffee cake, and spiced honey and lavender. Find them at PGH Candle’s East Allegheny shop on June 21.

🌭 Goodbye, Wienermobile!

Kraft Heinz is changing the name of its hot dog-shaped car to the Frankmobile. If you’re new around here, Heinz was founded in Pittsburgh in 1869, they debuted the Wienermobile in 1936, and the company merged with Kraft just a few years ago. Good news if your name is Frank — you can stop the Oscar Meyer mobile for a free hotdog coupon.

🥕 Carrot Cake Competition

Do you make a mean slice of carrot cake? Mark your calendar for July 22, and put your confectionery creation to the test at a competition before the Swissvale Garden Tour.

🍕 Pittsburgh’s Pizza Fest

Try slices by the city’s best pizza makers at Trace Brewing on June 11. There will be music, local brews, mozzarella pulling, pizza acrobatics, and more. The event is 21 and up, and tickets are $30.
