Looking for green spaces with disc golf baskets to practice trick shots in Pittsburgh? Grab your favorite disc and hit these links!

⛳ Disc Golf

Schenley Park Disc Golf Links is great for beginners with its wide open shots, and technical players will love the course as it moves into the woods. Admire the city skyline from Oakland while you’re trying to hit those par 3s.

Monroeville Park Disc Golf Course may have you longing for tee pads (a level place to stand when throwing), but you can pack in a lot of fun on this 18-hole course.

Phillips Park Disc Golf Course in Carrick only has nine holes, but is still a solid place for anyone building their skills to practice.

The Park at Faith Church’s tightly-packed tree course doubles as an excellent city escape where you may happen upon some Penn Hills deer.

The Dips Disc Golf Course at Denny Park in Ross Township will test your angle control and elevation management with nine holes on roller-coaster hills.

North Boundary Park Golf and Nature Trail in Cranberry features an 18-hole championship course, a six-hole learn-to-play recreational course, and a practice area along its western boundary, all surrounded by a dog-friendly nature walk.

🥏 Frisbee

The parks and fields around Pittsburgh are ideal for ultimate players and casual frisbee throwers. Practice your airbounce at Benton Field in Brighton Heights, bring your pickup game to Wilson Field in Green Tree, or test your range at Frick Park.

And if you’re interested in joining an ultimate frisbee group, Geek Frisbee and Pittsburgh Ultimate host casual meetups and club teams. Throw safely!
