Artist Andy Warhol grew up in Oakland, but his iconic influence started later — mostly because of a soup can that made its debut 60 years ago in Los Angeles. Back then, the reception to his paintings was... lukewarm. City Cast contributor Rossilynne Skena Culgan is covering the anniversary of Warhol’s inaugural show for Pittsburgh City Paper.
