It’s time for toy drives, and I have two ways you can get involved:

Starting today, Play It Forward Pittsburgh needs volunteers to sort toys and prepare packages at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and to distribute donation boxes. You can volunteer in two-hour shifts through Dec. 16, and distribution will take place on Dec. 17. Kiddos are welcome to join their parents.

Toys for Tots is celebrating its 75th anniversary and needs volunteers to fulfill requests for toys and help in the warehouse on Thursday and Friday. Kids 10 and older can join an adult to volunteer.
