✏️ Scholarship Contest for Aspiring Journalists

Calling undergrad students: There are just a few days left to register for the 67th Annual Gertrude Gordon Scholarship Contest with the Women’s Press Club of Pittsburgh, which will take place Sept. 23 at 10 a.m. via Zoom. The competition honors one of the first female reporters in Pittsburgh to have a byline appear on her articles. Fill out this form to participate. 🩸 Donate During the National Blood Shortage

The American Red Cross says they received 30,000 fewer donations than expected in August. You can donate at Vitalant, American Red Cross, or Grifols. Hospitals are in greatest need of blood platelets and universal blood type O.
