Want to stretch and flow in the fresh air? BYO mat, water, and sunscreen to soak up some sunshine at these outdoor Pittsburgh yoga classes.

The popular free Yoga in the Square series has been moved to PPG Plaza while Market Square undergoes construction. Stretch among the skyscrapers on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. and Sundays 10-11 a.m., through October.

On select Sunday mornings, you can flow over the Allegheny River with an all-levels yoga class on the Sixth Street Bridge. Tickets are $25.

The Picnic Park turns into a relaxing riverfront yoga studio on select Sundays in the summer and fall. Tickets are $20. Plus, you can do your best 7th inning stretch on the Pirates’ outfield for a one-day-only event in August. Score your spot for $38.

Join 3 Rivers Outdoor Co. and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy every Thursday at 6 p.m. through October for happy-hour yoga in front of the Carnegie Library. Drop in, pay what you can.

Take deep breaths under mature trees every Saturday at 10 a.m. on the North Side. This free, all-ages, and all-levels series by Counseling & Wellness Center of Pittsburgh runs through September.

Head to Aspinwall for peaceful weekend sessions along the Allegheny River with Yoga Flow. It’s $15 to drop in, and if you love it, consider a class pass to get your money’s worth. Classes run through September.

Hold your pose — and focus on that view! This Sunday morning yoga series is perched at one of the most stunning overlooks in the Burgh through September. No sign ups required, pay-what-you-can.

Recharge, relax, and unwind in Phipps’ lush garden on select Saturdays through September. Tickets are $10 for members and $20 for non-members, and there's free parking in the center island on Schenley Drive.

Connect with the water — and yourself — with a free yoga class on Pittsburgh’s new floating destination. RiverLife’s 4,500-square-foot platform on the Allegheny River is “part gathering spot, part creative lab,” offering a mix of entertainment, art, and wellness on the North Shore.

All Bodies Welcome Yoga hosts a free, relaxing and inclusive class in the library’s backyard every Thursday at 5:45, through August. Stop by to stretch, then check out a book during open hours from 6-8 p.m.
