The coffee giant prides itself on being an inclusive workplace for the LGBTQ+ community, but Pittsburgh workers say the benefits it offers — like gender-affirming health care — are often inaccessible. City Cast’s Francesca Dabecco talks to union organizer and author of “On The Line,” Daisy Pitkin, about how queer folks are at the center of this historic workers rights movement.
