Classes are offered on select Thursday nights through Aug. 6. Build strength with Pilates or dance it out with boy band-themed classes. | | | On select Sundays through September, try workouts in the plaza from fitness studios across Pittsburgh. Classes include full-body workouts, strength training, and dance. All fitness levels are welcome. | | | Get your heart rate up with running groups that meet on Monday and Thursday nights, or slow it down with Saturday yoga in the sun.
